About the extension
What it does
The extension reads the supported data from a Flightradar24 flight page and opens SimBrief with that information prepared for a new dispatch.
Who it is for
It is built for Flight Simulator users and other sim pilots who want a quicker way to create dispatches based on real-world flights.
Why use it
It saves time, reduces copy-and-paste work, and makes it easier to move from browsing flights to generating a SimBrief plan.
How to use it
-
Open a supported flight page on Flightradar24
Go to a flight page under the Flightradar24 flights area, where the extension can access the flight details it needs.
-
Right-click on the page
Use the browser context menu on the flight page and choose the Flightradar24 to SimBrief action.
-
Let the extension collect the flight information
The extension captures the relevant data from the page, such as route-related details and other supported values.
-
Review the new SimBrief page
SimBrief opens with the captured information filled in. Review it, make any adjustments you want, and generate your dispatch.
Tip
The context menu entry is intended for supported Flightradar24 flight pages, not for every page on the site. If you do not see it, confirm you are on the correct flight page URL.
Customise the options
The options page lets you tailor how the extension behaves when sending data to SimBrief.
Departure airport tab
Choose whether the extension opens the departure airport page when generating your SimBrief workflow.
openDepartureAirportTab
Arrival airport tab
Choose whether the extension opens the arrival airport page as part of the workflow.
openArrivalAirportTab
Open airport tabs in background
Decide whether extra airport tabs open in the background instead of immediately taking focus.
openAirportTabsInBackground
Default cost index
Set your preferred default cost index so the extension can preselect the value you use most often in SimBrief.

Aircraft rules
Create rules by aircraft type, then add airline-specific overrides beneath them. Matching is designed to prioritise aircraft type first and then airline.
